What do I eat in a Day?!


I get emails asking what I typically eat in a day. Well here it is! I eat about 7-8 small meals every 2-3 hours a day! I find this works best for me, since starting this type of diet I've noticed a big change in a positive way. Eating smaller meals more often through out the day helps stabilize my blood sugar and keeps my metabolism up. I rarely feel hungry! In the picture above it shows a variety of my fav meals!
