Going out for Sushi? Whats healthy to order?


Hello Everyone,

Sorry its been a couple days but I've been sick with Bronchitis! Ughh so annoying! Any who here is a picture from the weekend i went out for Sushi with my brother and sister (she refused to be in the pic!). Eating out can sometimes be tricky because you don't really know what is going in your food. But there are ways to keep it some what healthy. When going out for sushi here is what I order
  • miso soup
  • seaweed salad
  • 6 piece avocado and salmon roll or 6 piece California roll
  • sashimi
  • green tea (lots of green tea!)
I try not to over do it..portion control is key! Stay away from anything tempura (deep fried) and don't be fooled with the word "Spicy" The use mayonnaise! Also easy on the soy sauce as it has lots of sodium!
