While going shopping I found these Two line of Products that I'm pretty sure I will become addicted to! The first Walden Farms they are like the calorie free experts with natural ingredients! Amazing right?! Here is there website so check it out http://www.waldenfarms.com/ . The other line is a House foods, they have a line of products like noodles and pastas made out of tofu!!! Here is there website as well http://www.house-foods.com/tofu_shirataki/.

Here's my healthy Stir Fry Recipes

Ingredients:

-2 cups of spinach
-1 cup of yellow, red and orange sweet peppers
- 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
- Low sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups of already baked chicken breast sliced into pieces
(You can use any lean protein like salmon, shrimp, white fish, extra lean beef)
- 3 tablespoons of Walden Farms Honey BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2-1 tsp of garlic powder (i love garlic so i like a lot)
- 1 tsp of sesame seeds
- pepper to taste
- some chopped parsley (or dried)
- 1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce (optional- I didn't use it)

Directions:
1. Heat frying pan on med-high. Add olive oil.
2. Once pan is heated add all veggies, pepper, garlic, sesame seeds, parsley, Walden Farms sauce and about 3 tablespoons of chicken broth (If the veggies get dry you can either add a little water or a little more broth) cover and stir every once in a while.
3. While veggies are cooking drain and rinse shirataki noodles.
4.  Once veggies are cooked and soften to your liking add noodles and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add cooked chicken
6. 1 cup = 1 serving. Enjoy!
