As I have mentioned before I literally love salads, especially in the summer because they are so refreshing and super nutritious (if you put the right things into them!) This berry salad is probably one of my fav's. Ill have this for either lunch or dinner :)
Recipe:
1 cup lettuce (This is spring mix, I usually use spinach for the extra nutrients but i ran out)
1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and black berries)
small handful of chopped walnuts
1 can of Tuna in water (you can swap the tuna for salmon or chicken breast)
2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar
