Good morning lovelies! I cant believe it's already Wednesday! The last couple days have been a little rough so I took this morning to just have some down time. I love waking up in the morning and sitting outside and enjoying my breakfast with some coffee and yes my guilty pleasure of magazines :) Breakfast is definitely my favourite meal of the day and this is one of my favourites. It's a yogurt parfait filled with nutrients to help get my day started on the right track!
Here is the recipe for those who want to try :)
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2 Scoop Protein Powder (Optional)
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 cup Mixed Berries
10 Roasted Almonds (I love roasting hem myself in the oven)
Handful of Kashi Toasted Cinnamon Crisp
