Yesterday's Leg/Cardio Workout: My legs and butt are sore today! What a great feeling..lol :)
Cardio- 30 minutes interval training on Stairmaster (level 15)
Squats- 3 sets of 20 (60lbs)
Single leg lunch left and right- 3 sets of 12-15 (40lbs)
Abductors- 3 sets of 20 (60lbs)
Adductors- 3 sets of 20 (120lbs)
Hamstring curls- 3 sets of 15 (50lbs)
