Bored or Craving a Sweet Treat? Try This Trick!

Good Morning!

For a lot of people eating seems like a good thing to do when your bored and have nothing to do, even if they are not actually hungry. If your like me and you find yourself doing this then try this trick... Chew on some gum, it's basically calorie free and there are delicious flavors out there! This is also a great solution if you have a sweet tooth it helps with cravings. Here are my favorites :)
