WORKOUT OF THE DAY :)
Unfortuntely I have a horrible cold so I'm taking the day off from working out but I still created a workout routine for all of you!
1 minute high knee run
1 minute tuck jumps
1 minute military plank
1 minute jump squats
1 minute tricep dips
1 minute superman hold or back extensions
1 minute skipping
REPEAT THIS WORKOUT ROUTINE 3 TIMES WITH 30 SECOND REST IN BEWTEEN :)
