WHATS FOR LUNCH?!



AVOCADO AND CORN SALAD WITH CHICKEN

AVOCADO SALAD;

4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 medium avocado, diced.
3/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup quarterd grape tomatoes
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp of kosher salt (optional- I never add salt to my food but its an option)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Nutrition- 101 calories, 7g Fat, 1g Sat, 4g Mono, 11g Carbohydrates, 2g Protein, 4g Fiber.

CHICKEN BREAST:

4 Servings

Ingredients:
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts.
lemon pepper seasoning.
olive oil

Cooking:
Preheat oven to 375°F for 15 minutes before cooking.Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper.Bake for 15 minutes on each side
