LUNCH TIME!
Today's meals plan is posted!!!! Also Check out my personal Diet Rules...you might want to use them as well :) I'm working on getting the workouts up on the site so stay tuned!

MEAL PLAN FOR THE DAY
Breakfast: Yogurt parfait

This is probably my favorite breakfast!
  • 1 cup of low fat yogurt (I use Source the cherry flavor!)
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (you can buy Frozen they last forever!)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 12 almonds (yes I actually make sure I count 12)​
  • 1/2 protein scoop (I use vanilla. Make sure its low sugar and a good quality protein)
  • 30 g of oats or All-bran Buds (I use my protein scoop to measure because it’s 30g)
  • Ground Cinnamon (just sprinkle it on)
  • Mix all ingredients and you're good to eat!
Snack: 1 Apple and 14 Almonds.
Lunch: Raw Veggie Salad with a Protein
 
Okay so I know what you’re thinking..."Salad, Ewww that's boring!" but trust me this is amazing!
  • 1 cup of your favorite lettuce (mines Spring Mix)
  • 1 can of Tuna in Water or 1 Grilled Chicken Breast Sliced
  • 1/4 of an avocado cut into pieces​
  • 1/2 cup of sweet pepper (red, yellow or orange...My Favorite is red!)​
  • ​​​4 slices of canned sliced beets
  • 1/2 cup of cucumber sliced into pieces.      
  • 1 tbsp. of Light Feta
  • 1 tsp. Ground Garlic (Make sure it's salt free!)​
  • 3 tbsp. of Balsamic Vinegar (okay so, I LOVE vinegar and sometimes use more!)​
  • Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
Snack: 1 Hard Boiled Egg and 1 Pear
Dinner: Mixed Berry Salad
Another Salad?!?! Yes, don’t complain it’s good for you!
·         1 cup of your favorite lettuce
·         Grilled chicken breast or grilled salmon (you can also buy Atlantic Salmon in a can boneless and skinless!)
·         1 cup of mixed Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries.
·         1 small handful of walnuts
·         ¼ Avocado diced
·         A sprinkle of Cranberry Goat cheese (Simply AMAZING!)
·         3 tbsp. of Balsamic Vinegar

Mix all ingredients and eat :)


MY DIET RULES....
-I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks
-I eat every 4 hours
-I don't eat after dinner
-I drink tons of water. Probably about 3 liters a day!
-I eat a combination of Lean Protein, Healthy Fat and Complex Carbohydrate every meal.
-I make sure I eat Within 30 Minutes of waking up
-I have a piece of dark chocolate every day! It's a must!
