This is my workout routine for today:) You can try it yourself!
- Warm up-2 minutes of skipping or high knee runs.
- 1 minute of military jump squats.
- 1 minute of skipping or high knee runs.
- 1 minute of spider push up.
- 1 minute skipping or high knee run
- 1 minute v-sit up with stability ball
