WOD


Hey!

Just though I'd share my workout today. You can do this at home because there is no equipment required.

Here is the breakdown:
1 minute high knee run
1 minute military plank
1 minute jump squat
1 minute jumping jacks
1 minute push ups
1 minute burpees.

Repeat this 3x with 2 minute rest in between.
