Hey Everyone,

So I know it's been a while but I'm back.  Kinda had a rough patch but everything is getting better :) Any who, recently I have been obsessed with this new brand i discovered! Its called P28, the sell bread, bagels, wraps and peanut butters. I love them because there lower carb, high protein and high fibre! They also have healthy fats, so I look at it kinda like a perfect snack or meal :) Give them a try!
